We co-operate with several apartment providers and so we can also help to book one of these.
Depending on your requests and availability we will find the best apartment option for you.
Fees
Apartment Placement fee of $175
The details are:
Deposit of up to NZ$400 to be paid in cash on arrival
Final cleaning fee on check-out or cleaning fee amount deducted from the deposit.
Minimum stay of 4 weeks (non refundable)
• Share apartment (single bed and share with up to 3 others) = up to NZ$190
• Single apartment (own bedroom and share facilities) up to NZ$250 per week
• Studio apartment (own bedroom and facilities) up to NZ$380 per week
- all apartments are subject to availability
Family/Group Option –
Two-bedroom unit with living area $640 per unit per week
(The two-bedroom unit can be converted to be a three-bedroom unit if guest request more room.)
