Empire Apartments are very secure, stylish, comfortable and fully furnished serviced apartments in the heart of Auckland city. There is a choice of one, two or three bedroom Apartments (subject to availability)
Each apartment has kitchen and toilet/bathroom facilities. Some will have a separate lounge area.
There are on site facilities available for the student’s use: café, restaurant, laundry, TV lounge, swimming pool, outdoor spa, and gymnasium.
Internet/full phone facilities are available on request.
They are within very easy walking distance to Worldwide School of English, Queen Street Shopping area, Pubs, Café’s, Entertainment and all public transport.
Fees
Apartment Placement fee of $150
Bond of $400 per student – payable directly to Apartment Management on arrival. If the room is left in a high standard, then a refund of $340 is payable back to the student. $60 is kept by the Management for full cleaning services for the room once the student has vacated it.
Empire
Single room in shared unit of three bedroom Apartment –
weekly rate for one room = $240
Studio unit - King size bed or two singles = $360 per week for Unit
Family/Group Option –
Empire Two bedroom unit with living area $640 per unit per week
(The Empire two bedroom unit can be converted to be a three bedroom unit if guest request more room.)
