Classes are in our very well resourced Library together with Worldwide School teachers.
On your first day you will get a full assessment and then a 1-1 conference with a Worldwide School teacher who will discuss your study plan based on your needs and our recommendations.
You will be given your Learning Passport, access to the LMS and a full tour of the Library and all learning resources and options.
You are then free to choose your hours, days and times to come to the Library to do your study. During your study periods your learning will be guided and measured by a teacher and you will constantly receive help whenever you need it.
The Library classroom is open from 8am to 8pm (last entry each day is from 5pm), Monday to Friday and will always have at least 1 Worldwide School teacher there available to teach and support.
You will be given a General English reading, listening, and writing test once a month to measure your progress and make recommendations to study higher materials. Your speaking will be assessed during the student teacher conferences. All the assessment grades will be recorded on the LMS.
Once you have done your monthly assessments and achieve the required scores to move up to the next level, you will be given the curriculum guide for the next level and recommendations made accordingly to up the challenge and to continue to improve your English.
During the week - at certain pre-advertised times (most often 1.30pm - 3.30pm) - we will offer Skills classes with another Worldwide School teacher. These classes are optional but will be added to your attendance if you join. Skills classes for example are on subjects such as; vocabulary, listening, reading, writing, pronunciation etc
The Library class has a booking sheet system - you must book your Library class hours the week before.
